S. Harding claimed in his police report Jan 2008 to have shown Lee Carlson two photo arrays of suspects in Ken’s murder: the first photo array showed David Novak, whose photo was placed in the number three suspect position out of six suspects; the second photo array showed David Zserai, whose photo was also placed in the number three suspect position out of six suspects. This presentation wasn’t recorded and Lee didn’t sign either photo array.
