In November 2009 a third DNA test comes back; claims that the degraded sample from the drive-side armrest is good enough (even though it doesn’t meet their minimum standard required in their SOP). They say that Chris’s DNA compares at 1 in every 564 Caucasians (i.e., a subset of approximately 2 million males).
