Chris filed his appeal (No. 20100655-CA and No. 111903200-DC) at the end of 28 September 2016. Joanna Landau filed the appeal. Chris’s appeal centered on two main issues: (1) the admissibility of an eyewitness’s identification, and (2) an ineffective assistance of counsel (IAC) claim. Regarding the eyewitness identification evidence, at issue was how long the witness had to observe the shooter.
