September to October 2007: David Novak introduced Chris Wright to Ken Dolezsar. Novak wanted Ken Dolezsar to invest in Chris’s real estate developments. Chris already had financing for all his developments, but Ken’s investment would have allowed Chris to buy out a partner, thus improving his already good positions.
