S. Harding’s first police report in which he claimed that on 15 November 2007 he’d prepared and then presented two photo arrays to Lee Carlson. The first of which included David Novak’s photo (from his driver license) in the number three position in the photo array of six suspects. The second included an older man in his sixties, David Zserai, in the number three position in the photo array of six suspects. Neither presentation was recorded, nor did Lee sign the arrays, both of which action were protocol.
