June 2026:

Chris’s legal team opted to file for Summary Judgment. It’s a long document, and it clearly lays out Chris’s case for innocence — and the facts in it are undisputed. We’ve included the full Summary Judgment document, as well as all the exhibits. 

The State made a stunning admission back in the December 2025 hearing, and we have the transcript of it: Mark Field, the assistant AG tasked with responding to Chris’s case, said he knew of FBI files in the State’s possession, and that these had not been turned over to the defense. (!) He also knew of other things that hadn’t been turned over to the defense.

This is what Chris has been claiming all along. And now we have the State’s admission of it.

The information in the FBI file almost certainly talked about Dee Mower’s deal with her federal prosecutor to secure documents and witnesses proving that Tom Mower was doing business with the Russian mafia.

Chris’s trial attorneys corroborated the State’s admission: they signed affidavits stating that they never received those files, nor did they receive anything about Ken’s helping Dee secure witnesses to testify against the Russian mafia. The attorneys further said that if they had received that information, it would have changed their defense strategy, and it would have exonerated Chris.
